Job Responsibilities
Coordinate vendor activities during installation, testing, commissioning, and startup phases.
Liaise with vendors, construction, QA/QC, operations, and client teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Plan and schedule vendor mobilization, site visits, and technical support activities.
Review vendor documents, commissioning procedures, manuals, and technical reports.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE standards.
Support SAT/FAT, equipment testing, troubleshooting, and system handover activities.
Track punch list items and ensure timely closure of vendor-related issues.
Maintain commissioning records, reports, and turnover documentation.
Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during startup activities.
Ensure all commissioning activities are executed safely and within project timelines
Qualification Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, refinery, LNG, or petrochemical projects.
Experience in commissioning, startup, and vendor coordination activities.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, piping, electrical, or instrumentation systems.
Experience working with international vendors and multicultural project teams.
Familiarity with commissioning procedures, system handover, and project documentation.
GCC/Middle East project experience preferred.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
