To manage all contractual and commercial aspects of EPC projects, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, minimizing contractual risks, and protecting the company's commercial interests throughout the project lifecycle. Experience working on ADNOC projects and familiarity with ADNOC contractual procedures and standards is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage EPC contracts from award to project close-out.
Review contract terms and conditions, identify risks, and provide contractual advice to project teams.
Prepare, review, and manage correspondence related to contractual matters.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with contractual obligations.
Evaluate and process variation orders, claims, extension of time (EOT) requests, and change orders.
Support project management in contract interpretation and dispute resolution.
Prepare contractual reports, commercial analyses, and management presentations.
Coordinate with legal, procurement, planning, and project teams regarding contract issues.
Assist in tendering activities, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.
Maintain proper records of contractual documentation and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC requirements, project specifications, and company procedures.
Participate in commercial meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Support project close-out activities, including final account settlements.
