SENIOR QA/QC ENGINEER – PROCUREMENT (E&I)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer – Procurement (Electrical & Instrumentation) to join our team for a prestigious Oil & Gas EPC project with ADNOC in Abu Dhabi.

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi (Office Based)
📅 Availability: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
1.Oversee QA/QC activities for procurement of E&I materials and equipment
Ensure all procured materials comply with project specifications, ITPs, and ADNOC standards
2. Review and approve vendor documents, technical submittals, and datasheets
3.Conduct vendor inspections, audits, and pre-qualification assessments
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for material approvals
4. Monitor expediting, delivery schedules, and material compliance
Review Material Test Certificates (MTC), inspection reports, and QA/QC documentation
5. Manage and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with corrective actions
Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and quality records are maintained

🎯 Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
2.Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects
Strong background in QA/QC + Procurement of E&I materials
Mandatory experience in ADNOC / GCC projects
3.Sound knowledge of international standards (IEC, ASTM, ISO)
Experience in vendor management, inspection, and expediting
4.Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skill
