About the Role

Job Description

  • Administered and managed EPC contract activities for major oil & gas projects in compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and ADNOC standards.

  • Reviewed, interpreted, and implemented contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment between contractor, subcontractors, and client requirements.

  • Prepared, evaluated, and negotiated subcontract agreements, variation orders, claims, and contractual correspondence.

  • Coordinated with project management, procurement, planning, engineering, and construction teams to ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Monitored project progress, identified contractual risks, and provided recommendations for mitigation and dispute avoidance.

  • Managed change orders, claims, extensions of time (EOT), and commercial impacts associated with project execution.

  • Prepared contractual reports, progress updates, and commercial summaries for management and client review.

  • Supported procurement and subcontract administration activities including bid evaluations, tender clarifications, and commercial assessments.

  • Liaised with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve contractual and commercial issues effectively.

  • Ensured all contractual documentation, correspondence, and records were properly maintained in accordance with project procedures and audit requirements.

  • Assisted in final account settlement, contract close-out, and resolution of outstanding commercial matters.

  • Maintained compliance with ADNOC HSE policies, company procedures, and international EPC contracting practices.
