Contract Management
Manage EPC contracts in accordance with project requirements and company policies.
Review, interpret, and administer client contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, terms, and conditions.
Lead contract negotiations, amendments, and dispute resolutions.
Commercial Operations
Monitor project costs, revenue, cash flow, and profitability.
Prepare and manage commercial reports, forecasts, and financial evaluations.
Oversee variation orders, claims, back charges, and compensation events.
Support tendering and bidding activities from a commercial perspective.
Claims & Risk Management
Identify commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare and evaluate contractual claims and counterclaims.
Coordinate with legal and project teams on disputes and arbitration matters.
Maintain proper documentation for claims substantiation.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial matters.
Support project managers in achieving commercial targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with procurement, finance, planning, and engineering departments.
Procurement & Subcontract Administration
Review subcontractor quotations and commercial evaluations.
Manage subcontract agreements and payment certifications.
Ensure procurement activities align with project budgets and schedules.
Commercial management experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, or large infrastructure projects.
Strong experience with ADNOC or Middle East energy sector projects preferred.
Proven background in contract administration, claims management, and cost control.
Experience working with multinational EPC contractors is highly desirable.
